Press On

The apostle Paul said “Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus” (Phil. 3:13-14).
We are definitely straining these days as we load trunks and do a final clean on our house for inspection. Yesterday we sent off the last load of furniture to its new home while the kids are enjoying a visit to their grandparents.
Please keep praying for us all as we enter a very unsettled time of great change and many heartbreaking goodbyes.
We are also pressing on to raise our last bit of financial support. If you have been thinking of partnering with us, now is a great time!
Please also keep praying for our SIM team in South Sudan and Nairobi. God is gathering His people for a harvest! What a blessing to work with these committed folks and to hear how He is moving. Recently 1300 Uduk people were baptized in Doro. Still, the refugee crisis continues with over 300 people a day flee into South Sudan from the north. It is a dire situation, but God is at work.
Pray that God will prepare the Conard family to be a blessing to others – for His great Names sake!

I am so inspired by your families commitment to Christ. My family has been blessed by your family’s ministry, friendship and personal service to our “daycare” lifegroup.
