South Sudan SIM missionary evacuation.

These are some weary, but thankful folks. We successfully evacuated about 25 on December 23rd from our Doro base in two flights thanks to the incredible missionary pilots with MAF and AIM!

Now we ask you to please pray for those missionaries (3) on our team who are still unable to leave South Sudan due to rebel activity in their area.

This is a time of deep grief and pain for those who had to leave behind people and a ministry that they love and have invested so much of themselves into. They also had to leave most of their material things behind since weight on the flights was very limited. So, for the next couple of weeks they will be debriefing with us and processing these sudden events. Pray that they will each draw near to Christ and have a special sense of what He is doing in their lives. We believe that none of this is out of His hands – and He will reveal His purpose and will. Pray also for the Sudanese people who are left in the midst of conflict and violence once again -that the Believers among them will make known the Name of Christ and that they will show His grace and mercy to others, regardless of tribe.

Psalm 10:17 “You hear, O Lord, the desire of the afflicted. You encourage them and you listen to their cry, defending the fatherless and the oppressed, in order that man, who is of the earth, may terrify no more.”

Thank You.

Hi Stacy and Mark and all the family. We are keeping up with the news about S. Sudan and praying fervently for the missionaries left there as well as for all of you. May God continue to be glorified in all of these circumstances.

God be with you all! So sorry to hear that the situation in South of Sudan is getting worse. Wishing you all His blessings and protection knowing that we will never forsake you!
